Al Jafar Contracting holds the following classifications by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing:
- First Class: Highways – Asphalt – Concrete Structures and Bridges – Earthmoving Works – Mining
- First Class: Water and Sewage
- Second Class: Dam Construction
- Second Class: Buildings
- Second Class: Electrical
AL Jafar Contracting Company has been qualified by the Ministry of Energy and Water in Lebanon as a “Contractor for Implementation of Dams and Hill Lakes”. Al Jafar is now included in the Second Category, which will allow it to qualify for and bid for tenders of dams and hill lakes with capacity of up to 20 million cubic meters.
AL Jafar Contracting has been duly awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for Quality Management System. The Quality Management System was awarded by TUV Hellas (Jordan Branch) for the following scope: Execution of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Infrastructure Works.
Al Jafar Contracting is registered as a contractor in the U.S. federal government’s System for Award Management. Its CAGE code is SHZ48
